Psychic Refinement and Expansion

Psychic refinement refers to the enhancement of the precision, dependability, and control of one's psychic abilities. It's a process that often engages you in various exercises and practices, intending to advance your recognition and comprehension of intuitive impressions. This refining phase can embody a journey towards amplified sensitivity towards subtle energies, a cultivation of distinguishing capabilities between diverse types of intuitive information, the enhancement of the clarity of psychic perceptions, and the ability to gain greater control over when and how your psychic abilities are exercised, which includes learning to disconnect your psychic sensitivity when needed.

On the other hand, psychic expansion is about broadening the scope and depth of your psychic abilities. It could mean delving into new kinds of psychic abilities, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, or clairsentience, or deepening your existing abilities to new levels. The expansion phase may draw you towards opening up new channels of receiving intuitive information. For instance, if you typically receive psychic information through feelings (known as clairsentience), you may wish to cultivate clairvoyance, which involves receiving information through visual images. This phase might also usher you towards deepening your understanding and connection with different psychic or spiritual realms. Moreover, it could entail expanding your psychic abilities to include new applications or purposes, such as using your intuitive abilities to provide readings for others or to support healing or creative work.
