A siddhi, in the broadest sense, refers to a 'power' or 'accomplishment' that arises in someone who has engaged deeply with spiritual or yogic practices. The term comes from the Sanskrit root meaning 'to attain' or 'to succeed,' hinting at the idea of having reached a milestone of internal mastery. In classical Hindu and Buddhist traditions, siddhis are described as extraordinary abilities that can manifest when one has purified the mind, heightened consciousness, and fine-tuned one’s body and energetic system through rigorous self-discipline- whether that discipline is meditation, mantra recitation, breathe work, concentrated devotion, or other focused practices.

Siddhis basically reflect a practitioner’s deep attunement to subtle energies and deeper layers of reality. Rather than seeing them as outright 'miracles,' you can treat siddhis as unfolding capacities that match an expanded awareness or mastery of one’s internal energy (śakti), and also mastery of consciousness.

In a more symbolic sense, a siddhi can be understood as any significant breakthrough or expansion of your inherent capabilities, after enough mastering of your consciousness and its layers. If someone meditates daily for years, and as a result can remain calm and unshaken in the midst of chaos, one could call that calm a kind of siddhi - a stable internal mastery that goes way, way beyond the average person’s capacity to stay composed.

Similarly, if a seeker develops unusual clarity that allows them to see through personal or collective illusions, guiding others by their insight, that too may be recognized as a siddhi. In the end, the essence of the concept speaks not just to spectacle, but to a profound shift in how one experiences and interacts with reality.

This field is a journey that will help you manifest what you can call a 'physical protection siddhi', at your own, personal pace. It was designed to be meditated with, and will work better if you use it this way. Passive use should work nicely, but keep in mind that it's not the idea behind the original design. You will simply get much better results if you meditate the whole audio, or at least try to.

You can view this siddhi as a highly sophisticated aspect of your consciousness acting as a guardian, that provides a tangible sense of physical security even in volatile environments. This siddhi becomes a tangible buffer that deflects or neutralizes harmful events, negative intentions, and subtle influences that might otherwise affect your physical body directly.

Here are the effects I think you can expect from this field:

You may begin experiencing fewer accidents or physical injuries: your intuitive awareness of physical threats and environmental dangers sharpens significantly, allowing you to sense potential physical hazards or risks early on. In emergency situations or moments requiring rapid physical reactions - such as near-miss accidents or sudden dangerous events - your enhanced intuitive sense of physical safety can greatly sharpen your reflexes. Your body becomes more responsive, reacting with clarity and precision, further reducing your chances of harm.

People prone to aggression or hostility might even unconsciously avoid you altogether, feeling instinctively that you're protected and secure. In situations involving potential physical threats - like confrontations or street encounters - your presence itself can subtly discourage others from initiating conflict or violence. Others might sense you as someone not easily intimidated or harmed, making them hesitate before attempting harm.

If someone tries consciously or unconsciously to project harmful intentions or negative energies toward you, you automatically ward off and dissipate these energies before they affect your body, reducing the likelihood of sudden unexplained physical symptoms like nausea, headaches, fatigue, or weakness.

You may become more proficient in repelling damaging and malicious intent. You physically feel more energized throughout your day, since you are able to prevent energy drains from external negativity, hostile egregores, or people who unconsciously 'feed' on your energy. Knowing that your body and immediate surroundings are secured makes you feel tangibly safer wherever you are. Before buying this, remember the development of a siddhi can be an opportunity to serve from a place of alignment with higher consciousness, rather than a trophy to display. Their true aim is not to acquire powers, but to realize one’s essential nature as divine consciousness. Getting fixated on siddhis will likely result in a spiritual detour and eventual fall. Shouldn't be a problem with the effect on this field, however, I felt like mentioning this.
